We are on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Android Developer to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will take on the responsibility of designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborating closely with our product development and design teams, you will have the opportunity to conceptualize, build, test, and deploy applications that not only enhance user experiences but also reach millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities: - Design and build advanced applications for Android. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features. - Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Assist in maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization. - Provide insights and recommendations on mobile analytics and tagging strategies. - Participate in application release and deployment processes.
Requirements: ** - Advanced English and fluent Spanish communication skills are a must. ** - Over 4 years of proven working experience in Android app development. - Deep proficiency in Java and Kotlin. - Strong knowledge of Android SDK. - Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git). - Experience with Firebase.
Nice to Have: - Experience with continuous integration. - Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications. - Advanced understanding of secure coding practices and app security. - Experience with ReactJS - Experience with additional programming languages or mobile development platforms.
