As part of our AI Lending team, you'll be diving into the heart of our lending operations. You'll develop, maintain, and enhance AI-driven processes, structure insightful analyses to understand client behavior, and collaborate closely with various teams to guide the direction of our lending operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Develop, maintain, and enhance all processes related to lending AI, including model deployment, distribution, and management. 
* Conduct structured analysis to better understand client behavior and identify opportunities to improve our model's performance. 
* Gather external data through well-designed ETL processes to deepen our understanding of clients. 
* Coordinate with related teams to ensure the smooth operation of our lending activities. 
* Evaluate and implement key applications, processes, and metrics to support our goals. 

What You Need To Succeed:

* Experience in operating critical infrastructure with cloud providers. 
* Strong knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL. 
* Proficiency in Python. 
* In-depth understanding of ETL development. 
* Experience with BI tools. 
* As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously. 
* Advanced English Communication
