CI&T is expanding the team in Brazil and is looking for an experienced Squad Leader , who is going to be working for clients in Europe .

In this position, you will connect to the client's business, understand the value chain and be able to adapt to the client's culture. So that their activities generate positive impacts, working closely with teams in the EU, Brazil and other countries across the world. This is a digital transformation challenge.

_**To Be Considered You'll Need: ** _ - English fluency - Your CV/resume submitted in English.

Responsibilities - You will be responsible for coaching the development team in agile principles and scrum practices and ceremonies, working as a reference for business understanding, priorities, and work organization. - You will also support solution discussions (internal conflicts, product matters, communication issues) with the team, focusing exclusively on solving problems and fostering collaboration and innovation.

Requirements for this challenge - Experience as a Scrum Master or in management positions - Experience with setup and evolving a multi-functional development team; - Experience with Agile methodology and its frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc; - Strong knowledge of task management tools; - Familiarity with KPIs/Metrics is a must to have, as well as experience using this data to demonstrate project progress to stakeholders; - You will be responsible for writing clear stories/criteria and ensuring the delivery meets customer needs; - Advanced written and verbal English communication skills (B2-C1).
