Responsibilities: -Lead the creation and ongoing development of a design system, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines for consistent design across products. -Independently identify user problems and opportunities, influencing project scope for prioritization of consuming teams. -Facilitate cross-pillar discussions, driving cohesion across the entire product experience. -Design and maintain reusable UI components, style guides, and design templates for various product teams. -Ensure accessibility and usability of design components, adhering to best practices -Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the design system, including design guidelines and usage instructions. -Organize design assets for easy accessibility by design and development teams. -Collaborate with client and internal teams to meet business and user needs.
Requirements for this challenge: -Expertise in user experience and interaction design. -Understanding accessibility, responsive design, and mobile-first principles -Experience in design application (Figma), prototyping applications (Figma, Principle, etc.). -Demonstrate expert English language skills. -Familiarity with design tokens. - Advanced English Level.
Nice to Have: -Experience with version control systems is a plus. -Familiarity with design systems tools (e.g., Storybook) is a plus. - HCI, Interaction Design, Art Direction, or a design-focused qualification or related areas of study
