CI&T is expanding the team in Brazil and is looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to be a technical leader, facing real business challenges with the client and the team.
**To Be Considered You'll Need: ** - English fluency - Your CV/resume submitted in English.
Responsibilities: - Design highly complex technical solutions in global companies, using the most current technologies in Cloud Computing with emphasis on data streaming, NoSQL databases, data lake, data warehouse, among others. - Ability to translate technology into business impact, leading the entire project delivery cycle and building strong customer relationships. - Definition, construction and delivery of a high quality data pipeline, ensuring that the solutions follow the best performance, security and governance practices. - Know legacy modernization techniques: coexistence, strangler pattern. Influence so that the team delivers the best practices of Agile Software Engineering - Build & Run (DevOps, SRE, TDD, Canary Release, Infra as Code, Observability, 4 key metrics) with the team, and articulates changes in the client's traditional processes to deliver this level of product engineering. - Follow-up, together with other team leaders, of the technical development team, sharing knowledge with more junior team members.
Requirements for this challenge: - Systems architecture with proficiency in the Azure cloud and interest in working both in the technical part putting your hands on the dough and also in the part of supporting the team; - Solid experience using Infra as Code in:
Python for data (collection, cleaning, transformation) with reading and writing of data frames in several formats; SQL (Stored Procedures) with proficiency in at least one ETL tool (preferably Azure Data Factory); - Solution design with Synapse Analytics or another EDW (enterprise data warehouse) using massive parallel processing to run complex queries on a petabyte of data with the entire lifecycle including distribution and storage models in data lakes. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2-C1).
Nice to have - Cloud Certification (Azure or AWS) - Oracle and NoSQL (CosmosDB) databases experience - Data Streaming (Kafka/EventHub, Spark/Stream Analytics) - Data Visualization (Power BI) - API Design and Consumption (Azure Functions & API Gateway) - Advanced Analytics (DW/ML)
