The Data Strategist helps organizations leverage their data capabilities effectively to drive business value and achieve strategic objectives. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, problem-solving, adaptability and influence skills to drive organizational change and unlock the full potential of data to drive business success.

Requirements: - Advanced/fluent level of English communication (reading, writing and speaking) - Experience working with international clients - Experience managing multiple teams or accounts at the same time - Strategic Thinking, Problem-Solving Mindset, Power to Influence and Adaptability skills - Experience communicating with executive level - Experience with at least two types of data initiatives: Data Platform, Data Visualization, Advanced Analytics or AI - Experience sales: Team profile, pricing, SOW, RFP

The core responsibilities include: Data Strategy: involves crafting a comprehensive data product strategy that considers user requirements, the intended use of data, prevailing market trends, and the full spectrum of data capabilities. Additionally, it entails communicating this strategy in a compelling and easily understandable manner, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and facilitating comprehension among non-data stakeholders. Data Capabilities: Understanding client’s needs and mapping which data capabilities are critical to the context and incorporating them into the strategic plan. Examples of data capabilities are Data Catalog, Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Privacy & Security, Data Governance, FinOps, Data Monitoring and others. Execution Oversight: Ensuring Adherence to the Strategic Plan as well as communicating and mitigating risks to the plan. Contract Success: Client Relationship Risk Monitoring to Ensure Focus on Maintenance and Expansion Team Topology: Utilize topology to identify the most suitable individuals, organizing team members, roles, and responsibilities in a way that maximizes efficiency and effectiveness to ensure successful outcomes in data-related projects. Contract Expansion: Identifying opportunities for new data products or enhancements to existing products through market research, customer feedback, and data analysis, as well as the possibility of expanding the current operation with more data professional Data Compliance: Understanding regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA or industry-specific regulation and implementing a plan to guarantee compliance Organizational Adoption: Understand the business process that needs to be modified or created to support a company in becoming data-oriented Data Literacy: Support clients to perceive value in data and include data in the strategic objectives

Nice to have: - Experience leading projects with major Cloud Platform providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) - Experience leading Snowflake, databricks projects - Experience leading project on-prem and data cloud migration
