As a Senior Software Engineer you’ll have a well established career in software engineering, with a strong theoretical foundation of engineering principles and practices and apply this to your work, provide technical leadership and mentoring within your teams, and demonstrate a passion to learn and have a personal responsibility for your work. You have deep knowledge of engineering theory and systems design, and can set an example at writing quality, performant code as well as leading with knowledge and providing technical coaching to support members in your team.
You demonstrate high levels of ownership and personal responsibility and have the ability to support the wider team with completing tasks and can be a significant contributor and often assume leadership in technical discussions and debate.
You take ownership of the implementation of the solution to your assigned tasks and write code that is easy to understand, change and maintain. You proactively improve modules, services, systems, and codebases that you encounter.
You choose data structures appropriate for what they are trying to solve and implement services or libraries that require a deep level of domain knowledge.
From time to time you’re happy to mentor and even manage other engineers and can clearly explain the architecture and design of the whole tech estate. You can rationalize the choices of technologies and can understand the data model and relationships between components.
If you are a Salesforce whiz, this position is 100% for you and we definitely want to see what you can do! You are currently working in an agile team with good knowledge of SOQL, Apex Development and can write your own unit tests.
If you’ve also got a multiple Salesforce certifications, have exposure to Sales, Service, Community, Experience, Marketing Clouds and developed Lightning Web Components in Salesforce, well that would be the cherry on top!
