For this challenge, we are seeking someone who:

Enjoys working with people and has experience in recruitment and selection. Has experience in screening resumes through specialized websites and actively searching for candidates. Has experience in advertising job opportunities. Has experience in direct relationship management with managers and internal clients. Has experience in market mapping. Proficient in English and Spanish

You will be responsible for:

The entire selection process for IT and support areas. Support for demands in the people area Supporting the business growth demand while promoting continuous improvement within the department. Collaborating with the client to define the best strategies to attract individuals who resonate with our culture and identify with our values.

You will stand out if you have: Experience in opportunities for technology professionals.
