We are seeking a skilled QA Tester for a short-term project involving developing a single-page web application. This application is an interface for liquor vendors to upload virtual product inventory, catering to specific requirements in the New York State and American liquor distribution market.

Responsibilities

* Conduct manual QA testing; 
* Validate functionalities of a single-page application, ensuring compliance with specified requirements; 
* Test integration points, focusing on basic web form validation and related functionalities; 
* Verify user roles and permissions, ensuring buyers can see all suppliers while suppliers can only see their information; 
* Validate the application's ability to handle inventory uploads via different methods (Excel templates, API, manual input); 
* Ensure the accuracy and functionality of the application when updating and managing virtual inventory; 
* Collaborate with the development team to understand and execute test plans based on project requirements; 
* Utilize tools like Azure DevOps to track and document issues; 
* Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on testing progress. 

Requirements for this challenge

* Experience with QA testing of single-page web applications; 
* Familiarity with Angular or React, and a SQL backend on Azure; 
* Understanding of basic API integration and web application functionalities; 
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting; 
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; 
* **Proficient in English.**
