General Description The Data Developer is a professional passionate about building technological solutions encompassing the entire data lifecycle. Their expertise is focused on data ingestion, transformation, governance, organization, and provisioning, ensuring that data is managed efficiently and securely.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Optimize and improve existing data architecture for better performance and scalability. Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high standard of code quality. Aggregate data to ensure it is exposed to clients in the most reliable and performant way.
Requirements: Good experience in similar initiatives SQL: Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance. Snowflake: Strong proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing solutions. Python: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation tasks. Experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) Effective Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in English. Teamwork: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Nice-to-haves: GCP: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools. Git & Flyway: Basic knowledge of version control (Git) and database migration tools (Flyway) Experience with DBT
