What you will be doing: · Deliver high quality, on time software releases that meet client requirements · Participate in daily standups as well as backlog refinement, sprint planning and retrospective sessions · Ensure best practices and software engineering principles are applied at each stage of the development lifecycle · Proactively suggesting improvements of the codebase · Present and communicate technical processes efficiently to the client

You are a good match if you have: · 6+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer · Strong understanding of REST APIs · Experience with at least one Python web framework (Flask or Django) · Hands on experience with testing frameworks like PyTest, unittest, Nose, Robot Framework · Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, create technical designs and specifications; · Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools · Knowledge of the entire software lifecycle (Development, Build, Test, Integration). · Experience with containerization technologies (Docker,Kubernetes) · Experience with source control tools: Git, GitLab, Gerrit · Experience working in an Agile Scrum team

Technical Leadership: · Design, develop, and implement complex Python applications using best practices and design patterns · Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews · Stay up-to-date on the latest Python technologies and frameworks · Proactively identify and implement performance enhancements and optimizations · Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Scrum Master: · Facilitate and guide the team through the Scrum development process (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) · Manage the Scrum board, ensuring task clarity, prioritization, and transparency · Remove roadblocks and impediments for the development team · Promote continuous improvement within the development process · Collaborate with the Product Owner to define user stories and acceptance criteria

People Leadership: · Lead, motivate, and coach a team of developers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment · Provide performance feedback and help team members develop their technical and professional skills · Identify training needs and opportunities for team development · Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team · Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members Bonus Skills: · Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
