ApplyHola! SunDevs Inc is a 7 year old company that started in a small Colombian town in Latin America, and is now present in the US with clients across North America. We have two main business lines: (1) Staff Augmentation through Nearshoring and (2) Digital Transformation Projects.
We have a great team working already with North American companies, with the majority being engineers, developers, and product designers. Our growth has come from absolutely killing it on the technical side and getting referrals from existing clients. Cinemark and Cafe Rio are two of our biggest clients that we work with from both business lines.

This specific role will be focused on the Staff Augmentation business line by helping us support & develop the talent we have placed in our clients companies.

Must be able to cross disciplines and support other departments at the client, including Strategy, Creative, Information Architecture, Usability, and Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities: Develop features that meet design/architecture needs Maintain and extend existing site framework Create custom Drupal modules to meet business requirements Develop expertise in application workflow, functional capabilities, business rules, data, and technical architecture components Conduct system administration activities Coordinate with other on-site and remote team resources Work with front-end development and site architecture teams to define optimal web applications Conduct research into current and emerging Web technologies and issues in support of online initiatives; identity influencing industry developments and trends; present recommendations to management clearly and concisely
Qualifications: Must have a fantastic attitude 4+ years of WordPress, Drupal Experience, Drupal Commerce, Acquia platform Expertise in custom & contributed modules, themes, BeaverBuilder Javascript, CSS, React, NodeJS Performance optimization Third-party integrations GitHub Application maintenance within a controlled change management environment Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate a technical vision to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work at management level, but willingness and acumen to provide hands-on support when necessary. Passion for staying current on emerging online capabilities, with a focus on innovation and agility in delivering new solutions
