Hola! SunDevs Inc is a 7 year old company that started in a small Colombian town in Latin America, and is now present in the US with clients across North America. We have two main business lines: (1) Staff Augmentation through Nearshoring and (2) Digital Transformation Projects.

Cinemark and Cafe Rio are two of our biggest clients that we work with from both business lines.

This specific role will be focused on the Staff Augmentation business line by helping us support & develop the talent we have placed in our clients companies.
The successful candidate will assist in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of various IT and IS projects. Assists in monitoring the activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, budget, and customer expectation parameters. Exercises judgment and discretion in the assistance of project management techniques, process controls, and procedures in order to execute the work required. Work requires critical thinking to recognize issues and identify appropriate solutions. You will assist in planning and executing work for multiple assignments and overlapping schedules.
Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings. Track project deliverables and ensure schedule adherence for the respective tasks.
Assist in the coordination of teams and project assignments and schedule project follow-up meetings as needed.
Develop supporting data in the form of text, tables, charts, and spreadsheets for use in technical reports. Manage raw data files and make them accessible to others.
Report items to management and team members.
Help to drive project deliverables and maintain project timelines; working creatively with management to overcome project obstacles
Maintain and deliver defined deliverables on assigned projects
Track and maintain project contracts, preparing and drafting appropriate change and project addendums as needed.
Responsible for maintaining and tracking project budget and delivering within scope
Responsible for managing resources in relation to assigned projects and workload; including financial, engineering, and material resources.
Become the liaison between the customer and the team in regard to assigned projects.
Build and maintain professional relationships with end customers and partners to help establish reports and new sales opportunities.
Maintain and balance a diverse project and assignment workload The incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as apparent or assigned.
5-10 years experience in project management; experience with project management within a Managed Services or Professional services organization is a plus.
A bachelor's degree with a Major in Business/Management, MIS, or Engineering is preferred; or equivalent experience.
Experience managing Infrastructure, Systems Integrations, or Application Development projects is a plus CAPM or PMP are a plus, but not required.
Candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Applications. Strong computer knowledge and organizational skills
