**What does your job look like? **

As a QA Automation you will be responsible for defining the strategy to ensure the quality of products. This role requires strategic thinking, planning, and knowledge of the product development lifecycle. It will provide direction, mentorship, and coaching to QA teams to ensure both automated and manual efforts. You will be working closely with the DevOps team to define solutions for each platform.You will take the responsibility for ensuring tasks such as test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking are carried out effectively.

**Your main responsibilities will be to **

• Establish quality standards to reinforce technical standards.
• Monitor all QA activities, results, defects, root cause analysis.
• Support the QA team in creating solutions, designs, capacity planning, and performance optimization.

**What you need to succeed on this rol **

• Experience in development (Java).
• Strong experience in Test Automation, Test Framework Design, Planning, and Development.
• Good experience in managing functional automation activities.
• Good knowledge of front-end automation tools (e.g., Selenium and Appium).
• Good knowledge of back-end automation tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle in agile methodologies.
• Experience in web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Java).
• Experience in testing APIs and Rest/Soap services using tools like POSTMAN/SOAP-UI.
• Conducting performance testing by configuring cases in tools like Taurus/Blazemeter or similar.
• Configuring dashboards to display results of automated tests in Grafana or Kibana.
• Searching for evidence in databases (SQL queries) and logs in the DevOps pipeline.
• Experience in direct collaboration with technical leaders, project managers, and business analysts in commercial and IT organizations.
• Experience with principles, methods, techniques, and tools for effective automation process management.
• Experience in test execution throughout the development project lifecycle.
• Strong change management control and high problem-solving ability.
• English B2 level or above.
