Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work on a project in the health industry.

We are looking for someone with good communication skills, ideally with experience taking decisions, proactive, used to building software from scratch, and with good attention to detail.

What you will do:

● Architect, design, and develop green field web applications and services that serve patients, partners, and internal users. ● Build scalable and robust APIs, and functions on serverless, event-driven, and containerized architectures. ● Design performant and scalable data models that meet the needs of the services and applications. ● Own the complete delivery of applications including automated testing, building CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/debugging of production applications

What you will bring:

● 8+ years of experience delivering and supporting scalable production-ready enterprise and/or consumer-facing web applications and services. ● 5+ years of experience in relational Databases such as PostgreSQL (preferred), SQL Server, and MySql. ● 3+ years of experience building APIs with Node.js , TypeScript, JavaScript, and API frameworks such as Express, and Next.js . ● Experience with both SQL and No SQL data technologies and knowing when to use to what. ● Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures such as Lambda, Message streams, and queues. ● Hands-on cloud expertise (preferably AWS) with a strong understanding of SaaS models. ● Experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and PrimeReact for the component library on the Front-End and CDK, and Typescript for infrastructure. ● Eagerness to learn new things, and work in a fast-paced CI/CD environment. ● Bachelors’ or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant experience.

Nice to have:

● Healthcare experience and familiarity with HIPAA. ● Experience building and supporting production Databases built using PostgreSQL. ● Familiarity with building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. ● Experience with observability platforms and best practices, including infrastructure and application monitoring.
