Senior Full Stack Engineer

We seek a Full Stack Engineer to ensure Tachyus is a leader in the industry through innovation, product development, and delivery. As a technology company, our long-term success depends on our engineering team's skills and abilities. We develop new software and process and rely on our engineers to bring the company's vision to fruition. Every engineer can make huge product contributions and contribute to internal collaboration and adherence to best practices. We are a full-stack environment running as a functional-first, multiparadigm language. Our team bridges the gap between pure research code and production- quality algorithms, often scaling up code to run faster, on more computers, and reliably. We seek engineers excited to do product-driven thinking grounded in solid delivery and design.

Requirements

* Can demonstrate development and design skills at a Senior/Principal level. 
* Has 8 to 10 years of professional experience. 
* Senior-level experience in [ ASP.NET ](http://ASP.NET) core (C#), comfortable or willing to be comfortable with F#. 
* Familiar with Python web and console apps. 
* Experienced with bash, PowerShell, or other scripting languages. 
* Familiar with DevOps and willing to help as necessary. 
* Can create and maintain Kubernetes deployments and services. 
* Knows Argo workflows well. 
* API design capabilities and preferably with Typescript. 
* Familiarity with Postman. 
* Good relation database skills and understanding. 
* Proficient in writing and tuning SQL. 
* Familiarity with PostgreSQL DB. 
* Experienced with creating and maintaining GitHub and GitHub Actions management. 
* Ability to take rough specs and make them into something others can build. 
* Experience with Auth0. 
* Familiar with Poweredby Fivetran. 
* Has 5+ years of experience with React JS. 
* Demonstrates deep understanding of CSS and JavaScript. 
* Can clearly understand and communicate in English.

Aqueon, our waterflood modeling and optimization platform powered by our proprietary engine Data Physics, has increased production and reduced costs and GHG emissions for operators worldwide. We also recently extended Aqueon for CO2 EOR optimization, which major US operators already use. In early 2022, Tachyus entered the ESG space with Aurion, a fully integrated software platform that helps GHG-intensive industries like oil and gas estimate, forecast, optimize and report GHG emissions and intensity. Since then, we have rapidly established ourselves as a leader, with over 20 clients in the US, the Middle East, and Latin America.
