* Create and maintain a comprehensive test plan for QA web and API applications for the highest standards of product quality.
* Build and enhance the automation QA framework, and test coverage for the regression testing.
* Integrate Automated testing into the CD pipeline and toolchain for better visibility.
* Engage with the Engineering team to discover bottlenecks, triage production issues, and to resolve them.
* Partner with the Product team to provide feedback to improve the product feature quality and the UI\UX experience.
* Collaborate with the senior members of the AI & Software Engineering team, Product Manager, and Product Operations team to continuously improve the software development processes for the highest product quality.
* 6 years of Automation QA experience in delivery organizations testing Web and API applications.
* Solid coding skills in **Python** and Shell Scripts.
* Experience with the QA automation framework, **Selenium** \Cypress.
* Experience with Test Management tools and services.
* Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks.
* Experience with integrating the Automation QA and building CI\CD Pipeline.
* Experience with the Agile methodology (Scrum).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; advanced English level.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of AWS and Heroku.
* Familiarity with web and API applications built with Django, PostgreSQL, and ReactJS.
* Familiarity with API integration and AdTech-platforms such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
* Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
* Experience working in AI-based high-volume data platforms.
