As a member of the our technology team, we expect you to be a business driven problem solver.

What You'll Be Doing:

* You will be responsible for maintaining and further developing mobile/embedded capture solutions, using knowledge of software architecture and data monitoring. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test suites and debugging production issues. 
* Your initial customers will be the ones closest to you: the developer at your side, the designer in front of you, and the stakeholder in the corner. 
* You will structure and sustain the best solutions in the market and mentor others to do the same, working closely with yours and other development teams, business stakeholders, and product owners. 

What You Need To Succeed:

* Minimum of 4 years of professional hands-on experience 
* Expertise in native Android (Java) development and/or Flutter 
* Particular interest in UX R&D (development and maintenance of user/machine interface), 
* Parallel computing development skills 
* Experience proactively collaborating across different engineering teams 
* Experience working with service-oriented architectures and complicated systems at scale 
* Be comfortable in a high-growth environment working with everchanging deadlines and milestones 
* Be comfortable with ambiguity: you have to enjoy figuring out what needs to be done 
* Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills 

We are not expecting candidates to have expertise across all of these areas. We will gladly help you bridge the gaps. As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.
