Location and Flexibility

This is a hybrid role, which we’ve termed Work from Near (WFN). This model requires the ability to work on-site from our São Paulo - SP or Porto Alegre - RS office throughout the week based on team needs, while still providing the flexibility to work remotely on other days. Our WFN culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating user-friendly and accessible software that meets business requirements. You will work in an agile team, contributing to the overall design, estimation, and implementation of projects within client and platform constraints. You'll also have the opportunity to refine processes, tools, and methodologies, demonstrating your ability to manage complex technical projects while fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions, ensuring optimal user experience and accessibility.
  • Participate actively in project design and estimation, optimizing for client needs and platform limitations.
  • Utilize CI/CD tools to establish and manage deployment pipelines, enhancing product release efficiency.
  • Foster strong collaborations with team members, clients, and stakeholders, resolving technical challenges and enhancing development processes for project success.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of web development experience
  • Proficient in at least two of following: Javascript, HTML, CSS—along with one front-end framework (Angular, Vue, React, Web Components).
  • Experienced in setting up deployment pipelines with tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, and using version control systems such as Git.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on semi-complex features, while also contributing to process improvements and tooling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, open-mindedness, and a knack for giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with automated test suites and debugging tools.
  • Experience in working in an Agile team and understanding the MVP approach and avoidance of over-architecting.
