Technical Project Manager
* Manage Outcome Based Delivery, Agile Metrics and Reporting, Manage Fixed Price Delivery, Backlog Grooming, Requirements Creation/User Stories, Estimations and Metrics, Change Management (Project Management), Agile, Agile Coaching, Communications Management, Project Delivery Management, Professional Scrum Master-CSM/ PSM1, Client Management, Digital Accumen
* Project Management: Project Manager
* Bachelor degree (Masters preferred) in computer science, math, engineering or related fields ● 10 years of overall software industry experience ● 5 years of experience in Technical Program/Project management in complex cross-functional environment. ● Expert level in the Agile Methodology using Scrum as well as waterfall ● Experience working with distributed / multi-office teams. ● 1 year of experience developing software as a developer/ quality assurance engineer/ application support engineer ● Effective in high-pressure and/or ambiguous situations; anticipates and adjusts long-range plans to meet changing complex and interdependent needs; able to take on and lead multiple assignments. ● Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. ● Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA Align is a plus but not required), Google Suite ● Experience with the OKR goal-setting methodology ● PMP, CSM and/or SAFE accreditation is beneficial, but not a hard requirement
