THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a **Web Developer Specialist **to our Marketing team in São Paulo, Brazil!

The Gympass Growth team is seeking a Web Producer to support the implementation and maintenance of web properties across a variety of channels and products. This role will sit within the Web Squad team within marketing working cross-collaboratively with engineering, brand & creative, and product teams.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Content Management:
    • Implement content changes, including copy updates, new page builds, partner updates across 10 different localizations on our CMS, Strapi;
    • Perform quality assurance (QA) across different browsers and devices before content is pushed live;
    • Help build & launch A/B tests in Optimizely;
    • Execute the highest level of UX, accessibility and web best practices;
    • Review metrics and identify opportunities for enhancements on improving the customer journey for both B2B2C;Work with the content team to support high priority SEO requests;
    • Support short and long term initiatives such as migrations and CMS enhancements;
    • Adhere to Gympass brand guidelines across the website.
  • Project Management:
    • Establish strong relationships with design, brand, development, product, analytics and UX teams;
    • Integrate Asana with Jira to communicate work flows for multiple teams;
    • Assist in the review of workflows to identify areas of improved efficiency;
    • Ensure timelines are appropriately communicated

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous relevant experience as a web producer;
  • Advanced/Fluent English;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS;
  • Basic understanding of SEO and CRO best practices;
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and optimization for mobile devices;
  • Familiarity with web accessibility, UI/UX and web marketing best practices;
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously;
  • Technically savvy; Experience and/or familiarity with headless CMS;
  • Understanding of product analytic tools such as Amplitude or GA;
  • Previous experience working across multiple localizations;
  • Experience with Javascript is a plus.
